LIFELONG LEARNING ADVOCATE
Kevin has been passionate about serving the student community at Pitkins Technical College for years. Through his strong community ties and enthusiastic presentation skills, he has been able to assist thousands of students to a better life through vocational education. He is giving students a hand up, not a hand out through personal life lessons and concrete financial tools that have helped even the most complicated educational story, become one of success. This in turn has enriched the Denver community and beyond with a skilled and educated labor force.
As a Board Member of the nonprofit Hide In Plain Sight, Kevin helps break the bonds of homelessness and poverty through education. Students around the Denver Metro area go from Homeless to Hired. He also speaks on the importance of being a Lifelong Learner by keeping up with the latest in one’s industry as well as continuing to earn the credentials that help employees rise in their current jobs- making more impact and earning higher salaries.
